At Cutler Building & Remodeling, Inc. we feel that planning is the key component to bringing our customer’s visions to life. From having architectural designs drawn, to developing a scope of work, to creating a final price and starting the construction, no project is complete without a comprehensive plan. That is where our proven Project Development process comes in.
During a brief phone call we will talk about your project needs and explain our process and schedule an in-home meeting.
Listen to your goals, needs and desires! We know budget is a very important part of any project we will discuss your desired budget and investment comfort zone.
Take preliminary measurements
Discuss your desired budget and investment comfort zone.
Get the information needed to prepare a preliminary “ballpark” estimate range.
Develop a full scope of work.
Schedule time to discuss selection choices with the customer.
Develop preliminary designs through Cutler Building or an outside architect.
We will schedule a trade walk thru to get accurate pricing for labor and materials (depending on the size of your project, we may need several meetings to complete this part).
We will develop a fixed price contract.
Hold weekly meetings to answer your questions.
Using construction software (Job Tread) will help keep you up to date on your project.
Our goal is to meet your predetermined production schedule.
Our crews are respectful, and will keep the job site clean and organized.
We will conduct a final walk through to make sure you are pleased with the finished project. We will also send out a follow up email asking you to kindly write a review. We love to hear from our customers how their experience with Cutler Building went, as well as helps us grow our business.
We warranty our projects for one year from the project completion date.
